I have Windows 7, SP 1, all patches installed. Only thing in common is Windows 10 so it might have been a windows update that is the cause but then more people would be reporting the problem I'd figure. I've even changed whole computer set ups and monitors but no dice. I've tried so many things but nothing really works.
